Korloy's NC3225 grade (ISO P20-P25) is a universal grade for general stee and forged steel. It is the first recommendation for general machining with the use of high toughness substrate and coating layer with improved welding/chipping resistance. Features include; stable tool life, longer tool life with a higher removal rate.
The VC chip breaker is for medium to finishing cutting. Stable chip control in copying and internal machining with various depths of cuts.
